HAOQI has been around for a while. Based in Hong Kong, they were producing regular bicycles prior to 2014 before making the switch to an exclusively electric line up.
HAOQI spent 2014 on research and development and then 2015 testing and improving their first electric bike models. They began selling e-bikes in the Asian market in 2016 and then launched domestic retail sales in the US in 2020.
They have a large warehouse and distribution operation based in El Monte California to service their North American operations.

HAOQI has a wide range of e-bike models available with something to suit most riding styles. They are a popular choice for people buying their first electric bike and get generally very good reviews. As their mission statement outlines, all of their e-bikes are on the cost effective end priced between around $1500-$2500 with special offers bringing most to between $100-$2000.
As you would expect at this price point, they don't currently offer any mid-drive motor options - all of their e-bikes have powerful geared rear hub motors with pedal assist and throttle only options. Most of their models come with fenders and racks included and there are dual battery options to increase range.
All of their electric bikes are designed to carry heavy loads of between 350-400lbs including cargo.
In the US, HAOQI offer free shipping to the lower 48, 15 day returns and a 2 year limited warranty on all e-bikes.
